Monitor EVV system activity to ensure all visits are accurately recorded and verified. Follow up on exceptions, missed clock ins and outs, with providers to correct errors. Generate reports as required for internal use or regulatory compliance. Answer calls that come into the EVV department. Attendance is very important and good customer service.
