Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Image Annotator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for primarily mechanical and industrial image annotation tasks. No specialized medical, legal, or similar domain expertise is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The core function involves marking up images to communicate ideas, highlight important areas, or provide explanations. This work supports the creation of tutorials, bug reports, design feedback, educational materials, and social media content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to accurately annotate images using various tools and techniques. Responsibilities Perform image annotation tasks focusing on mechanical and industrial images. Use annotation tools to add text labels, arrows, shapes, highlights, freehand drawings, and callouts to images. Communicate ideas clearly through visual markups to support project objectives such as tutorials, bug reports, and design feedback. Follow training guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in annotations. Review and verify annotations for quality control before submission. Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and improve annotation processes. Redact any sensitive information, as needed.

Skills English Proficiency:

Ability to read and write in English with a high degree of competency, as English is the focus language for this project. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work. Exceptional analytical thinking. Strong evaluation acumen. Basic computer literacy with experience with Annotely, Markup Hero, ConvertICO, Fotor, or comparable software preferred. Experience in data or image annotation preferred. Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations. Ability to follow instructions carefully after training is provided. Good communication skills to understand project needs and clarify requirements if needed, as well as collaboration skills. Reliable and able to meet deadlines consistently. No prior specialized domain knowledge required; training will be provided for image annotation techniques. This is Work From Office, so the ability to get to and from the office is required.
