Job Description
Job Overview An On-Air Personality will be responsible for on-air shifts, and associated production work. They will play music selections, conduct on-air promotions and contests, answer requests over the phone lines, and produce commercials, promotional announcements, and public service announcements. They will promote the station and themselves on various social platforms. Computer experience, the ability to write commercials and the ability to operate broadcasting equipment including audio mixers is helpful. Occasional public appearances and help with special events are required. A qualified applicant must be fluent in Spanish with good vocal qualities and diction. They should possess two (2) years of previous on-air radio experience, a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record and current automobile insurance. They should be available to work weekend, evening, and some holiday hours as well as work outdoors.
