Overview The Way League is a faith-based men's basketball league committed to glorifying God through the game while building community, brotherhood, and spiritual growth. We are seeking passionate, energetic interns to support game-day operations and elevate the experience for our players and audience. Responsibilities Keep official score and time during league games. Assist in livestreaming games via Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms. Record high-quality game footage and highlight key moments. Capture and post engaging behind-the-scenes content during and after games. Interview players, interact with fans, and help create a vibrant, encouraging atmosphere. Help set up and break down equipment before and after games. Support with basic logistics to ensure smooth game-day operations. Ideal Experience Interest or background in media, sports management, communications, or event production. Comfortable using a camera or smartphone for video recording and social media. Knowledge of sports (especially basketball) and basic scorekeeping. Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional presence around players and guests.
