Anchor - WFOX TV Position Overview WFOX TV Jacksonville is looking for a morning news anchor who will work in a newsroom that emphasizes breaking news, daily investigative reporting and severe weather coverage. The candidate is responsible for anchoring newscasts, live anchoring in the field and reporting news stories.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in writing, pre-production and broadcast preparation; ensuring stories are clear/accurate and represent the station's benchmark goals. Deliver news copy on camera in a credible and professional manner, as scheduled or needed Research and gather information on news stories Contribute daily to all station digital platforms and initiatives, including social media.
