Job Description
We are actively recruiting for a Target Analyst Reporter / TAR w/ TS/SCI w/ Polyto support our Defense and Homeland Security Division, based in Annapolis Junction, MD.
Job duties:
Prepare synthesized product for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to mission requirements. Prioritize, assess, evaluate and report information obtained from various sources for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products which relay developments, trends, indications warnings and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of actions, if applicable. Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to build target knowledge and improve collection. Perform pre-release quality control functions.Required skills: Experience within DOD in drafting and/or editing for release finished, serialized SIGINT product reports. Ability to author reports based off simple traffic or a limited amount of traffic, Knowledgeable of various technologies and/or topics to identify analytic vectors. Experienced in the principles and methods of exploiting foreign communications and communication systems to identify, collect, analyze, process, and disseminate SIGINT information in accordance with established requirements and priorities. Experienced in the use of software applications and databases associated with SIGINT report writing and target development. Familiar with more advanced SIGINT reporting policies, e.g. the use of STI, unusual tear lines, post-publication actions, RFIs, etc. Familiar with SIGINT and collateral report repositories and demonstrates the incorporation of independent research to enhance reporting.
Ideal candidate will have a 9 years of relevant experience, or an AA Degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or a BA Degree with 5 years of experience.

The pay range for this position is:$145,000 - $155,000EQUAL
