DEPARTMENT

DETAILSThe North America Internal Communications intern will gain hands-on experience in employee storytelling, internal content strategy and communications analytics. Working alongside the Internal Communications team, the intern will help uncover and tell compelling employee stories, evaluate content performance, and explore new ways to strengthen and amplify storytelling efforts.

Employee StorytellingMine for compelling employee stories across North America and develop select stories from discovery through publication, including interviews, writing and content coordination.

Build a pipeline of employee-centered stories that bring our people, products, brands, culture and business priorities to life.

Support North America manufacturing communications across plant and corporate channels, including content development, employee storytelling, leadership communications, town halls and engagement campaigns, with opportunities to contribute to key initiatives such as plant events, Hub App and Plant Communities launches, and digital signage.

Content Performance & OptimizationPartner with internal digital and content comms teams to test imagery, formats and creative approaches, using performance data to understand what resonates with employees and optimize future content.

Analyze monthly internal communications performance to identify trends and actionable insights that inform storytelling priorities and content strategy.

Employee Storytelling BenchmarkingResearch how leading companies bring employee stories to life across external social channels and earned media, identifying trends, best practices and opportunities for Stellantis.

Team SupportSupport broader North America Internal Communications priorities, editorial planning and special projects as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Media, Public Relations, Communication, or Journalism from an accredited college or universityCompletion of freshman year or higher at an accredited university by the Spring 2027Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the internshipWillingness to relocate for internship, as applicableAuthorized to work in the United StatesProficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, Canva, and social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong written and verbal communication skillsCapable of working both independently and as part of a teamExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels and with external partnersAbility to prioritize tasks, multitask, and achieve goals in a fast-paced environmentProven leadership in academic pursuits, extracurricular activities, or service organizations
