WITF is looking for an experienced Senior Reporter to join our collaborative, multimedia newsroom and help shape local journalism across our 19-county region. In this role, you'll: Report daily, breaking and enterprise stories across digital, broadcast, and audio Identify the issues that are important to Central Pa and turn them into compelling journalism Edit and coach reporters while helping strengthen WITF's regional news coverage Collaborate with editors, reporters, producers, and media partners Contribute to live coverage, public affairs programming, major news events, and engage our audience at events We're looking for: 5+ years of professional journalism experience Exceptional reporting, writing, editing, and interviewing skills Strong news judgment and the ability to manage multiple deadlines Experience working across digital, radio, and other emerging platforms A collaborative mindset and passion for impactful, community-focused journalism Your reporting is crucial to our community.
