Your primary duties will include:
Listening to various audio and video recordings, such as interviews, public hearings, meetings, and webinars, and transcribing them into accurate, verbatim text. Proofreading and editing transcriptions to ensure they are free from grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and punctuation inaccuracies. Adhering to strict formatting and style guidelines to produce professional and consistent documents. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: Proven experience as a professional transcriptionist or in a similar role. An excellent command of the English language, with outstanding grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills. An exceptional ability to listen carefully and capture spoken words accurately. A fast and precise typing speed. Proficiency in using transcription software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
