Job Description
News reporter needed for local newspaper/radio office. Full-time position with some night and occasional weekend duties required. Primary duties include police reports; covering meetings; handling day-to-day phone calls and emails; typing/writing news that comes into the office; customer service. Some after-hours meetings/events will be necessary. Will train, but solid grammar/writing/people skills are a must. Must be able to pass law enforcement background check for police reporting.
