WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

In this role, you'll represent LUMA Lighting in assigned neighborhoods and introduce homeowners to permanent exterior lighting. The focus is on creating informed conversations, identifying potential needs, and connecting qualified homeowners with the closing team.

Your responsibilities include:

Speak with homeowners about their exterior lighting needs Explain the benefits and features of LUMA's permanent lighting solution Determine whether a homeowner is interested in a consultation Build your skills through role play, field coaching, and regular training This is a professional sales role. You will develop communication and sales skills through consistent customer interaction and structured support.
