This position focuses on residential and commercial holiday décor installations — from tasteful home displays to full-scale business installs. We're looking for someone with a strong eye for design, hands-on installation experience, and the ability to execute beautiful, polished holiday décor efficiently and on schedule. Responsibilities Install holiday décor at residential and commercial properties, including trees, garland, wreaths, lighting, and other seasonal displays Design and assemble holiday arrangements and installations according to an established aesthetic or client-specific direction Decorate interior and exterior spaces, including entryways, staircases, mantels, storefronts, and common areas Safely install and secure lighting, greenery, and decorative elements, including at height (ladders, staircases, etc.) Travel to client homes and businesses for on-site installation and, as needed, takedown/removal Work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship and finish Complete installations within scheduled timelines, often across multiple sites per day Carefully handle décor, greenery, lighting, and equipment to avoid damage Keep the studio, storage, and transport vehicles clean, organized, and inventory-ready Requirements Prior experience in holiday decorating, floral/event design, or a related installation field preferred Experience with ladder work and installing décor at height Strong eye for design and ability to follow an established aesthetic or client brief Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Weekend and evening availability required during peak holiday season Weekday schedule flexible Dependable, punctual, neat, hardworking, and organized Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude Able to lift and carry decor materials, climb a ladder, and remain standing for extended periods
