Postpartum Doula & Newborn Care Specialist Contractors Needed - Twin Cities Join the leading newborn and infant care team in the Twin Cities! We are selectively hiring only the highest-caliber Postpartum Doulas and Newborn Care Specialists (NCS) as independent contractors to provide exceptional, personalized support to new families. We are now also certifying postpartum doulas and Newborn Care Specialists outside the Twin Cities , building on our strong reputation for quality family care as one of the organizations listed by the Minnesota Department of Health as an approved certifying organization. We are looking for the BEST committed team members in the field.

Minimum Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience as a Postpartum Doula and/or Newborn Care Specialist Demonstrated focus on high-level experience , advanced education , and a solid, established career in doula or newborn care work Passion for providing expert, compassionate, and evidence-based support to newborns, infants, and postpartum families Professional, reliable, and committed to the highest standards of care Must pass our thorough assessment as a PPD or NCS.

Important Commitment:

Minimum one-year commitment required If hired, candidates must sign a one-year contract and commit to three or more overnights per week This is a contractor position with the opportunity to work with a premier team known for excellence in the Twin Cities area.
