Job Description

Art Show Installation & Event Staff - Las Vegas Camp Fluff is seeking dependable art show staff to assist with an upcoming exhibition in Las Vegas on Saturday, September 12.

Schedule Installation:

9:00 AM-12:00

PM Exhibition:

6:00 PM-9:00 PM Applicants must be available for both shifts. Responsibilities Overlook artist install and help if anyone needs an extra hand Help prepare and organize the gallery before opening Welcome and check in guests Provide friendly assistance to artists and attendees throughout the event Help maintain a polished, professional gallery environment Qualifications Previous experience with art installations, galleries, exhibitions, museums, or similar events Familiarity with safely handling and displaying artwork Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with guests Organized, punctual, attentive, and able to follow installation directions Able to lift and assist with artwork and basic installation materials

A Set or Exhibit Designer designs display booths or exhibits for museums, galleries or trade shows. Develops drawings and plans to accommodate the specific space, lighting and temperature requirements of materials to be exhibited; builds or supervises building of exhibits. Designs stage sets and scenery for performances, primarily for live theater performances, or sets for filmed performances or for events such as press conferences. Works with directors and producers to plan props and materials needed for a show.
