Job Description We're hiring Seasonal Holiday Light Installers to join our team for the 2025 holiday season. You'll help create custom lighting displays on homes and businesses across the Austin area. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work, and want to be part of a fun, fast-paced crew, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Install and remove holiday lighting on residential and commercial properties Work safely on ladders, rooflines, and elevated areas Follow lighting layouts and design plans accurately Load, unload, and organize lighting materials and tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Provide friendly, professional customer service Qualifications Prior experience in holiday lighting, roofing, construction, or landscaping is preferred Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Punctual, dependable, and able to work outdoors in varying weather Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work Positive attitude and team mindset Compensation Commission-based pay — average $200-$500 per day. Commission rates are based on experience, efficiency, and performance. Experienced installers and crew leads earn the highest commissions.
