If so - we have got an opportunity for you! At Dallas Custom Closets, we are passionate about creating custom designed storage solutions for the entire home! We have been a leader in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex for 10+ years selling and designing custom cabinets for Closets, Garages, Home Offices, Pantries and more. We are looking to grow our team, with a creative and dedicated leader who has a strong entrepreneurial drive, outstanding communication skills, growth minded, passionate about organizational design, and has an exceptional sales background. Your Role as the Dallas Custom Closets Team Lead - Hire, develop and nurture your team of designers to achieve goals together Develop and execute weekly sales goals that align with overall company goals, driving sales results with your team by directing clear, effective plans and open lines of communication Lead the sales/design efforts through training and establishing best practices and consistency across the market Meet with the team of designers regularly to evaluate the Custom Closet selling performance across the market Develop relationships with interior designers, real estate professionals and builders in the market Work with clients in their homes to determine their design needs Take in-home measurements Prepare exceptional designs using our 3D Design Software Present designs to clients in a collaborative manner and adjust designs as needed Review team's final designs for approval Coordinate design reviews, quotes, and order processing Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies Partner with Installation Services on customer's closet measurements and installation needs Diligent Client Follow-Up Open communication with the client from consultation to installation to thank you
Experience Requirements:
7+ years of design and sales experience Prior experience building and managing a team. Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects in a dynamic environment Problem solver and customer service mindset Industry experience in closet design Ability to stay current with interior design trends, new products, and software updates A proven record of sales success Strong computer skills Ability to work with MS Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) Experience with 3D Design Software (training will be provided) Detail-oriented and organization skills Closing skills
