Full Job Description Role Description:
HIRSCH is looking for a talented, motivated and coachable Art Administrator to join our growing Art Team. This role will be the lynchpin for the entire Art Department, focused on handling customer inquiries, change requests, assignment of duties and light design work as needed. The person in this role will be the filter between the Art Team and the customer, so great customer service, organization and communication are a must.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the Art Manager and manage the Art Team intake systems to ensure no order update or change is missed.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Art Teams in assignments of proofs, virtuals, storyboards, and more.
  • Make light art adjustments to virtuals or proofs as needed (on-site training will be provided).
  • Communicate directly with customers and Customer Service to resolve problems, issue updates, or make direct contact with customers regarding their pending orders.
  • We work in a fast paced environment with real ship dates that must be met, so thinking critically while adhering to policies and procedures is a must.
  • Assisting the Art Team with any additional administrative duties.
Qualifications:
  • A College Degree in a related field or 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Graphic design skills are a plus.
  • Creative Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Being bilingual (Spanish & English) is a plus.
