Overview Join our dynamic team as a Sales and Designing Specialist, where your passion for sales, interior design, and customer service will drive success and inspire creativity. In this role, you will combine your expertise in high-end sales, renovation, and construction to provide tailored solutions for clients seeking to enhance their spaces. Your ability to communicate effectively across multiple languages and your technical proficiency in design software will enable you to deliver exceptional service and innovative designs. Responsibilities Engage with customers through inside and outside sales channels, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. Conduct product demonstrations, layout designs, lighting solutions, and remodeling consultations using tools like SketchUp, CAD, and lighting design software. Negotiate deals confidently while upselling additional products or services such as fixtures, fixtures, or maintenance packages to maximize sales opportunities. Manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear expectations and satisfaction from initial consultation to deal closing. Assist customers with product selection, merchandising, stock management, and POS transactions while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote high-end sales initiatives and develop creative merchandising strategies that attract clientele. Utilize CRM systems proficiently to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and optimize sales performance across retail and construction sales environments. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction-related sales with a focus on high-end markets. Strong skills in layout design, lighting design, remodeling, fixture sales, and renovation projects using SketchUp, CAD, or similar software. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively; adept at upselling products or services. Construction experience or familiarity with building codes, maintenance procedures, and remodeling processes is highly desirable. Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse client bases; fluency in English required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), CRM systems, POS systems, and basic math for accurate quoting and inventory management. Exceptional communication skills coupled with organizational abilities to manage multiple projects seamlessly. Knowledge of lighting sales, interior design principles, merchandising techniques, and customer relationship building strategies.
