Seasonal, Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role We're hiring several hands-on Set Design & Build crew members to help construct and install sets for our upcoming season. This is physical, hands-on work — you'll be building, moving, painting, and assembling set pieces from concept to finished install. Great fit for strong people who like working with their hands, don't mind a busy pace, and take pride in getting the details right. What You'll Do Build and assemble set pieces, platforms, and props from plans or sketches Load, unload, and move materials and finished pieces on-site and between locations Cut, measure, and assemble wood and other materials to spec Paint, finish, and detail set pieces as needed Set up and strike (break down) builds for events on schedule Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work collaboratively with the production team to bring concepts to life What We're Looking For Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, and with basic power tools Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under deadlines Team players who communicate well and take direction Preferred (Not Required, But a Plus) Woodworking or carpentry experience Welding or metalworking experience Painting or fabrication background Experience with power tools (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.) Prior stagehand, event production, or theatrical set experience Schedule Seasonal position with variable hours based on build and event schedules, including some evenings/weekends as needed.

Pay:

$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
