Responsibilities:

Record high-quality audio content for various projects such as radio shows, podcasts, audiobooks, and advertisements Set up and test all recording equipment to ensure optimal sound quality Work closely with the Audio Engineer and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient recording sessions Conduct sound checks and make necessary adjustments to microphones, sound levels, and audio equipment Collaborate with the director or producer to understand the vision and goals of each project Ensure all audio files are properly labeled and organized for easy access and editing Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that may arise during recording sessions Follow all recording studio protocols and safety standards Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement new technologies and techniques to improve recording processes Maintain a clean and organized recording studio at all times

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Audio Recorder or similar role in a studio environment Strong understanding of audio recording equipment and software (e.g. Pro Tools, Logic Pro) Solid knowledge of recording techniques and audio editing processes Ability to follow direction and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and troubleshoot technical issues Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required If you are a driven and passionate individual with a keen ear for audio and the desire to be a part of creating impactful media content, then we want to hear from you!
