About the Role We are seeking a talented and creative Music Producer to join our team and lead the development of high-quality music projects from concept through final production. The ideal candidate has strong musical knowledge, technical production skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with artists, vocalists, songwriters, and other creative professionals. Key Responsibilities Produce and develop original music, tracks, and recordings. Collaborate with artists and vocalists to develop musical concepts and arrangements. Create and refine beats, melodies, harmonies, arrangements, and overall song structure. Manage recording and production sessions from initial concept through final version. Use digital audio workstations (DAWs) and music production software to record, edit, arrange, and produce music. Coordinate with audio engineers, musicians, songwriters, and other creative professionals as needed. Provide creative direction while maintaining the artist's vision and project objectives. Review recordings and make production recommendations to improve sound quality. Assist with mixing and mastering coordination when required. Maintain organized project files, recordings, and production assets. Stay current with music production technology, software, trends, and industry practices. Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed deadlines. Qualifications Proven experience as a Music Producer, Record Producer, or in a similar music production role. Strong understanding of music theory, composition, arrangement, and recording techniques. Proficiency with at least one professional DAW such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, FL Studio, or a comparable platform. Experience working with artists, vocalists, musicians, or songwriters. Strong listening skills and attention to detail. Good understanding of recording, editing, mixing, and production workflows. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A portfolio or examples of previous production work is required. Preferred Qualifications Experience producing music across multiple genres. Experience working with independent artists, labels, studios, or entertainment companies. Knowledge of current music distribution and streaming platforms. Experience with vocal production and arrangement. Basic understanding of audio mixing and mastering.
Pay:
$4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
