Exit88 is seeking an experienced A1 to lead field audio capture for a live broadcast production. The centerpiece of the audio design is a Left-Center-Right microphone array positioned across the field to capture the width, depth, impact, and spatial movement of live marching-band performances. The A1 will be responsible for deployment, gain structure, routing, line testing, and management of the field audio system, including integration with stadium audio sources as required. This position works closely with the Broadcast A2 and Director and will remain on production comms throughout the show. Candidates should be comfortable working with long cable runs, field-level microphone placement, analog audio tie lines, live music dynamics, and troubleshooting under show conditions.
