Duties Curate and mix music playlists that match the vibe of each event, ensuring high-energy entertainment throughout the night Operate professional audio equipment, including live sound systems and mixing consoles, to deliver crisp sound quality Manage event lighting and visual effects to enhance the overall ambiance and guest experience Interact actively with the crowd through public speaking and engaging banter to foster a lively atmosphere Coordinate with event staff and clients to understand specific music needs and event themes Set up and break down audio-visual equipment safely, including heavy lifting when necessary Maintain technical proficiency in DJ software, sound engineering, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure smooth performances Requirements Proven experience in DJing with a strong portfolio of live performances showcasing music mixing and selection skills Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with event teams Strong public speaking abilities to energize crowds and make announcements confidently Knowledge of event audio equipment operation, lighting management, and live sound system setup Ability to read a crowd's mood and adapt music choices accordingly for maximum engagement Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Physical stamina for dancing during performances and handling heavy lifting of equipment when needed Technical proficiency in audio mixing software, sound systems, and visual equipment operation Experience in marketing or promoting events is a plus but not required Join us as a Club DJ where your talent ignites the night!
