Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Radio Engineer to join our innovative broadcast and communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting radio communication systems and equipment. Your expertise will ensure seamless transmission, reception, and quality of radio signals across various platforms. You will play a vital role in supporting live events, recording sessions, and digital content production, contributing to the delivery of high-quality audio and video content. Duties Design, install, and optimize radio communication systems and audio/video equipment for live broadcasts, studio recordings, and field operations Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on radio transmitters, receivers, audio mixing consoles, digital audio workstations (DAWs), and sound reinforcement systems Operate recording studio equipment including microphones, mixing boards, signal processors, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Avid Media Composer Manage live sound engineering for events, ensuring clear audio transmission and sound reinforcement across venues of varying sizes Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality videos through filming, editing, sound design, and post-production processes Perform signal processing tasks to enhance audio clarity and quality during live broadcasts or recordings Oversee the operation of event audio equipment during live productions ensuring optimal sound reinforcement and audience experience Skills Extensive knowledge of audio engineering principles including sound design, audio mixing consoles, digital audio workstation (DAW) software, and signal processing techniques Proficiency in operating live sound systems and event AV production equipment for various types of events Skilled in videography including filming, video editing, and content creation using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro Strong troubleshooting abilities for equipment issues related to recording studio gear or live broadcast setups Experience with post-production editing for both audio and video content to ensure polished final products Familiarity with sound reinforcement systems operation and event audio setup for large-scale productions Technical proficiency in managing complex AV projects from planning through execution while maintaining high standards of quality Join us as a Radio Engineer to be at the forefront of broadcast technology!
