Audio Engineer Share via: facebook x linkedin email Fort Worth , Texas Live Broadcast / Sports / TV News / Technical Operations Contracted 300 — 400 per week Destiny Church Faith Based Apply to Job About the Role Destiny Church is looking for a skilled Audio Engineer to help refine and run the audio for our Sunday services and other church events. You'll own both the in-house mix and the broadcast mix for our online audience, working alongside our worship team and media team to deliver a clean, consistent, and engaging sound experience in the room and online. Schedule Thursdays, 7:00-8:30 PM (rehearsal) and Sundays, 7:00 AM-12:30 PM (soundcheck and two services) Responsibilities

• Mix front-of-house and livestream audio for live worship, speaking, and special segments during services
• Build and manage a dedicated broadcast/livestream mix that translates well on phones, laptops, and headphones
• Set up and manage in-ear monitor mixes for vocalists and musicians
• Run Thursday rehearsals and Sunday soundchecks, including line checks, gain staging, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and improve console scenes, snapshots, and routing to keep services consistent week to week
• Coordinate with the video/streaming team on audio feeds, sync, and levels for the stream
• Help document workflows and train volunteers to strengthen the audio team over time Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with Behringer X32 and Behringer Wing consoles, including routing, scenes, and effects
• Experience producing audio mixes for live streaming
• Experience incorporating music and vocal stems and tracks into in-house and stream mixes
• Experience with in-ear monitor systems (wireless IEMs and personal mixing setups)
• Background in live event and/or live worship production Nice to Have
