This position is responsible for setting up, operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining professional audio systems for corporate meetings, conferences, presentations, galas, and other live events. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Set up, configure, operate, and strike professional audio systems for live events. Operate microphones, speakers, mixing consoles, amplifiers, processors, and wireless systems. Conduct system checks and soundchecks and maintain high-quality audio throughout events. Mix and operate audio for presentations, meetings, performances, and other events. Troubleshoot feedback, noise, distortion, RF interference, signal loss, and other technical issues. Configure and troubleshoot wireless microphone systems. Maintain clean, organized signal flow, cabling, and equipment setups. Perform equipment inspections, firmware updates, routine maintenance, and basic repairs. Review technical riders, input lists, stage plots, and event requirements. Work closely with producers, project managers, video and lighting technicians, performers, clients, and venue personnel. Provide professional, service-oriented support to clients and production teams. Safely load, unload, transport, install, and operate A/V equipment. Follow all company, venue, and industry safety procedures.
