Identify damage, wear, and discrepancies using established guidelines and industry standards. Ensure reports meet internal quality standards and client requirements. Collaborate with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings as needed. Submit accurate, professional reports in a timely manner to support vehicle sales, leasing, and valuation processes. Complete 20 to 30 condition reports per day. Perform additional duties as assigned. Work Hours for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Full-time (40 hours) Monday - Friday No nights or weekends

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Vehicle inspection or vehicle repair experience is preferred. Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to accurately interpret inspection data, photographs, and vehicle condition checklists. Comfortable working with reporting software, digital platforms, and inspection systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must be able to pass a background check. Must have a valid driver's license. Must have a good driving record. High school diploma or equivalent required. Physical Requirements for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Ability to climb, reach, bend, stoop, and get in and out of vehicles repeatedly. Ability to use hands to handle, tag, and move equipment and vehicle-related items. Ability to drive a variety of makes and models of vehicles. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
