Job Summary The Proposal Writer will play a key role in reviewing government solicitations, analyzing procurement requirements, and preparing compliant bid and proposal responses. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience responding to government contracting opportunities and is confident navigating solicitation specifications and submission requirements. Responsibilities Review and interpret federal, state, and local government solicitations to identify proposal requirements and submission criteria. Analyze solicitation requirements, specifications, and supporting documentation to ensure complete and accurate responses. Prepare, write, and develop compliant bid and proposal responses that address all solicitation requirements. Ensure all proposals align with applicable government procurement requirements and standards. Support the timely submission of bids by following solicitation guidelines, compliance requirements, and established deadlines. Qualifications Proven proposal writing experience reviewing, interpreting, and responding to federal, state, and local government solicitations. Strong knowledge and understanding of government procurement requirements. Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and develop compliant bid proposals in response to solicitation specifications. Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and document management skills. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to develop clear, professional, and compliant proposal content. Must be able to provide a portfolio of companies for which you have created bid responses
