Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal Writer with strong experience in Federal, State, and Local Government Contracting . This is a temporary-to-hire position located in the Oakley area. The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of government procurement requirements and be able to read, analyze, and develop compliant bid proposals in accordance with solicitation specifications.
Responsibilities:
Review and interpret federal, state, and local solicitations. Analyze solicitation requirements and specifications. Prepare and develop compliant bid and proposal responses. Ensure proposals align with government procurement requirements. Support the submission of bids in accordance with solicitation guidelines and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Previous proposal writing experience reviewing, interpreting, and responding to federal, state, and local solicitations. Strong understanding of government procurement requirements. Ability to read, analyze, and develop compliant bid proposals. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong written communication skills. Must be able to provide a portfolio of companies you have created bids for.

$38-48/hour
DOE Weekly Pay Medical Benefits:
Available 1st of the month after hire date.
Paid Sick Leave:
40 hours after 90 days
