The position prepares laboratory batches, performs routine product testing, maintains laboratory materials and technical records, supports supplier and raw-material qualification, coordinates third-party laboratory testing, and assists with formula, ingredient, and regulatory documentation. The Coordinator serves as a technical liaison among GAR departments, suppliers, third-party laboratories, and customers. The employee collects, reviews, organizes, and tracks information used to evaluate raw materials, suppliers, formulas, ingredient declarations, product specifications, safety data sheets, regulatory records, and third-party studies. The employee also communicates approved testing requirements, sample needs, timelines, status updates, and results to customers in clear and professional language. This is a supervised technical coordination position. The employee may manage assigned workflows, perform routine technical evaluations, identify missing or inconsistent information, prepare preliminary assessments, coordinate authorized testing, and draft documents or customer communications for review. Final approval of suppliers, raw materials, formulas, product claims, regulatory conclusions, specifications, test interpretations, and customer-facing compliance documents.
Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
