In this role you will be part of the Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree and 20+ years of relevant experience or Master Degree and 12+ years of relevant experience Active Secret clearance Familiarity with MDA or DoW policies and processes for security boundaries Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office lines of effort, capabilities, and initiatives Practical knowledge of joint and multi-tactical data link networks (MTN), including the protocols, architectures, and interface standards required for secure, real-time tactical communications Experience/Familiarity with drafting initial content, editing for clarity and style, evaluating for technical accuracy, and finalizing the text for publication of technical documents Experience navigating federal cross-domain approval pipelines, security authorization processes, and compliance criteria managed by national-level cross-domain oversight bodies Desired Qualifications Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts Enable secure and timely data access and transfer between networks operating at different security classification levels or security control Knowledge of where sensitive information can be controlled and exchanged based on policy and guidelines
