We are seeking a motivated Technical Writer Intern to support our team in creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in Technical Writing, Technical Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field. The intern will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into easy-to-understand materials.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and editing technical documentation, including manuals, guides, process documents, and job aids Work closely with engineers, analysts, and project teams to gather information and ensure accuracy Help maintain documentation libraries and version control Review and update existing materials for clarity and consistency Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual aids as needed Ensure documentation aligns with organizational standards and branding Participate in meetings and contribute to improving documentation processes

Experience and Skills:
