Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer:

Review vehicle inspection data and photographs to prepare detailed condition reports. Identify damage, wear, and discrepancies using established guidelines and industry standards. Ensure reports meet internal quality standards and client requirements. Collaborate with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings as needed. Submit accurate, professional reports in a timely manner to support vehicle sales, leasing, and valuation processes. Complete 20 to 30 condition reports per day. Required Skills/Abilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Strong written communication skills, including grammar, clarity, and attention to detail. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to accurately interpret inspection data, photographs, and vehicle condition checklists. Comfortable working with reporting software, digital platforms, and inspection systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality and accuracy. Need to pass pre-employment screening. Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Must possess a valid driver's license for the duration of employment.
