  • 1:00PM Responsibilities for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Review vehicle inspection data and photos to write detailed condition reports.
Identify damage, wear, or discrepancies using provided guidelines and industry standards. Ensure reports meet internal quality control standards and client requirements. Work with field staff and inspection teams to clarify findings when needed. Submit timely, polished reports that support vehicle sales, leasing, or valuation processes. Complete 20 to 30 condition reports daily Work as PSI or Arbitration inspector on sale day. Performs other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Requirements for Vehicle Inspector/Condition Report Writer Ability to work outside during all weather conditions. Ability to bend, reach, stand, walk and lift up-to 20 lbs. without difficulty. Regular and consistent availability and attendance. Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid driver's license, for duration of employment.
