Role:
The Technical Writer will play a key role in creating, maintaining, and publishing clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation that supports Revenova's products and platforms. This position requires the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for both technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with developers, Product teams, and QA teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date. A key outcome of this role is contributing to the continued growth and improvement of Revenova's Doc360 platform while enhancing knowledge sharing and overall user experience through well-structured technical content and documentation processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts Experience creating, editing, and maintaining technical documentation Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Confluence Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration and teamwork skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using documentation and visual tools such as Snagit, Adobe products, or Visio Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, and Postman Basic understanding of
JSON/XML
Prior experience working with software development or product teams Experience contributing to knowledge base or documentation platforms
Responsibilities:
Aid in the development, maintenance, and publication of technical documentation and knowledge base content Collaborate with developers, Product teams, and QA teams to gather and understand technical concepts and product functionality Create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for internal and external audiences Contribute to the continued development and organization of Revenova's Doc360 platform Maintain documentation standards, consistency, and usability across platforms Create and manage supporting visual documentation elements such as screenshots, workflows, and diagrams when needed Ensure documentation remains current, organized, and aligned with product updates and enhancements

Strong technical writing and communication skills enable the creation of clear, concise, and accessible content that simplifies complex information. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation across multiple platforms. Collaboration skills allow the Technical Writer to work effectively with developers, QA teams, and Product stakeholders to gather and verify technical information. Proficiency with documentation and visual tools supports the efficient creation, editing, and publication of user-focused technical content, while problem-solving and time management skills help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
