12-18 month contract Position Summary Our client is seeking a Technical Writer to support their Operations Team by providing documentation, compliance, and process-management expertise. This role is responsible for authoring, editing, and managing SOPs, Change Controls, and Deviation documentation. The Technical Writer will partner closely with Operations Support Staff and cross‑functional teams to gather information, ensure accuracy, and support key operational initiatives. Key Responsibilities Serve as a technical writer for documentation related to change management and internal processes using systems such as TrackWise and Veeva. Act as Document Controller/Editor to support procedural revisions, reviews, approvals, and workflow management. Support the preparation, tracking, and completion of documents related to departmental initiatives, projects, and operational improvements. Prepare and maintain documentation and reports within a cGMP‑regulated environment. Collect, develop, organize, and track project progress using visualization tools (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards). Follow all company Quality, Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental guidelines and procedures. Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality management systems. Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a cGMP‑regulated environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including document tracking, version control, and naming conventions. Exceptional attention to detail. Experience with document control systems and change control processes. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, TrackWise, and Veeva Vault. Positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and operational excellence.
