Job Description
Interactive and Visual Design drives the delivery of a world-class user experience throughout the Dell Technologies portfolio. We add our expertise to a varied range of cutting-edge projects, focusing on ideation, user-flow analysis, wireframing, interaction, design, visual design, branding and execution. What you'll achieve You will own content creation and contribute to content strategy for defined programs or journey segments. You'll translate journey insights and requirements into precise, task-oriented microcopy (e.g., CTAs, error states, empty states, help content) and supporting narrative content (e.g., onboarding, lifecycle communications). Your work will improve clarity, task success, and adoption while reinforcing Dell's voice and standards. You will Contribute to content strategy across customer journeys by applying established messaging architectures and content patterns Write and edit user-centered content across communication channels (Email, SMS, Chatbots, and Social) Translate technical concepts into clear, concise language while ensuring accuracy and alignment with legal and compliance requirements Partner with journey designers and UX researchers to review and validate content through usability testing, concept tests, or A/B experiments Apply content standards (voice, tone, terminology, style guides) and use Design System content patterns consistently Participate in content reviews with Product, Legal/Privacy, Brand, and Support, incorporating feedback thoughtfully Share knowledge, templates, and best practices with peers to improve content quality and consistency across teams Essential requirements 3-5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or product content within product-led or enterprise environments Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content work for digital experiences, including microcopy and lifecycle communications Strong command of plain language, information hierarchy, and microcopy best practices (labels, CTAs, error handling) Desirable requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Linguistics, English, or equivalent practical experience Experience with B2B or SaaS customer journeys (such as onboarding, provisioning, renewal, or support), including collaboration with research partners to review test plans and synthesize findings into content decisions Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
