Key Tasks:

s Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.s Writes and edits technical documentation for related to the CMS Target Lifecycle to include documentation such as requirements, help, training, and user guides.s Work with developers to produce quality documentation and training materialss Research highly technical subject matter, organizes information from multiples sources, and express technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readerss Provide expert oversight of technical writing and editing technical documentation for the Program, Project, or Contract

Required Skills:

s 7+ years' experience as a Technical Writer

s Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.

s Experience with authoring accurate content (SOPs, high level presentations, knowledge base articles, user communications)

Desired Skills:

s JIRA/Confluence

s Create, manage and maintain processes w required

s Metrics and reporting

Required Education /

Certifications:

s Bachelor's Degree in a related major

The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 100,000 to 120,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
