  • 5:00 PM About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Technical Writer / Document Control Administrative Assistant to support our Project Engineering team.
This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling manufacturing documentation, work instructions, quality system documents, and engineering records that support safe, efficient, and high-quality production operations. Key Responsibilities Develop, edit, and maintain manufacturing work instructions, Product Summary Reports (PSRs), and other controlled documentation. Translate technical and process information into clear, visual, and user-friendly work instructions. Assist with Product Change Notices (PCNs), including researching changes, analyzing impacts, communicating updates, and supporting implementation strategies. Maintain, distribute, and control documents in accordance with company quality procedures and standards. Create documentation supporting new product launches and engineering changes. Update visual PSRs based on process improvements, product modifications, or customer requirements. Maintain electronic records, databases, and document control systems. Generate reports and perform data entry, data analysis, and document tracking activities. Assist in developing inspection plans to ensure product conformance and quality requirements are met. Provide technical writing guidance and training to other team members as needed. Support internal audits and quality system activities. Serve as a liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to promote communication, quality, and process improvements. Provide administrative support to the Engineering department and backup support for other administrative functions as needed. Perform other related technical, engineering, and administrative duties as assigned. Why Join Centro?
