As a Deviation Investigator, you will be part of the Quality/Compliance organization supporting Quality Assurance and related cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to details, analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills which will align successfully in the organization.

12 month contact What's the Job? Identify and document deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, or regulatory guidelines. Conduct thorough investigations to determine root cause of deviations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Maintain accurate and detailed records of all deviations, investigations, and CAPAs. Prepare and present deviation reports to management and regulatory authorities as required, ensuring documentation follows Good Documentation Practices (GDP). What's Needed? Experience in a regulated industry and/or a cGMP environment, with demonstrated deviation management experience (e.g., Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Engineering, Medical, Law Enforcement, or similar regulated settings). Strong attention to detail, technical writing ability, and analytical/problem-solving skills. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to deviation management and quality assurance. Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to partner effectively across teams and support audits/inspections. What's in it for me? Strengthen your documentation and GDP practices by maintaining clear, accurate records. Develop CAPA strategies in partnership with cross-functional teams. Support internal and external audits and inspections by providing required deviation documentation.
