GVI, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Tech Writer I to join our Team in White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) .
Position Overview:
Tech Writer I for the
NAVSEA ETSS
(Electronic Test Support System / Equipment) program at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) executes vital lifecycle logistics and supply chain management for the U.S. Navy. They coordinate procurement, sparing, and maintenance support for complex electronic and combat systems on the range
Position Responsibilities:
Support Equipment Management:
Tracks and coordinates the delivery, inventory, and lifecycle of specialized electronic test equipment.
Supply Chain & Spares:
Ensures that necessary repair parts and replacement components are available to support Navy live-fire events.
Technical Data Maintenance:
Updates and manages equipment manuals, schematics, and configuration logs.
Maintenance Planning:
Collaborates with engineers from the NSWC Port Hueneme White Sands Detachment to ensure systems are operationally ready for testing.
Position Requirements:
2 or more years of DoD acquisition logistics experience. Familiarity with Navy/DoD logistics and supply databases, aerospace, or naval sectors Experience providing onsite lifecycle logistics, supply support, and safety management for Department of Defense and government hardware contracts Minimum of a High School Diploma 2 to 4 years of DoD acquisition logistics experience MS SharePoint MS Excel Military Experience in Logistics and Supply tracking Systems Position is located in White Sands Missile Range, NM.
Compensation:
