Job Description
Join our Toyota Material Handling Team as a Warranty Analyst The Role We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Warranty Analyst to join the team. The Warranty Analyst provides claim and technical support to the Toyota and Raymond dealer networks while driving product quality improvements with OEM and Operation Teams. The role adjudicates warranty claims, resolves dealer issues, analyzes warranty data, supports dealer training, and monitors dealer performance. What You'll Be Doing Adjudicate warranty claims and resolve dealer warranty issues.
Communicate warranty policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.
Prepare technical bulletins, dealer notifications, repair instructions, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate parts, labor, flat rates, repair procedures, claim setup, and system requirements.
Work with Operations and Quality teams on field product concerns and corrective actions.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends, quality concerns, and dealer performance gaps.
Prepare reports and presentations for management and cross-functional teams.
Provide warranty, and process training to dealers and internal teams.
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree recommended.
Experience in warranty, dealer support, quality, service operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong customer service and dealer communication experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP, Power BI, and database experience are a plus. What Sets You Apart Analytical and problem-solving skills

Where and When You'll Work:
This is an in-person role located at our Columbus, Indiana —ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
Travel:
minimal travel (domestic and international) What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like: Salary - $65,440 - $83,895/year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.

This role is eligible for relocation assistance based on current location
