Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Communications, Journalism, Design, Visual Arts, Figma, UX Design Roles & Responsibilities Support UX designers by writing and refining clear, concise, and user friendly UI copy, including labels, messages, tooltips, helper text, and notifications. Assist with content quality assurance (QA) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to UX and brand guidelines. Apply research insights, usability findings, and feedback to improve content clarity and user comprehension. Collaborate with designers, product owners, and delivery teams during design and development cycles. Help maintain content consistency across screens, flows, and journeys. Participate in reviews of designs and content to identify gaps, ambiguities, or opportunities for improvement.
