Job Description

Our client, a leading global technology organization, is seeking a Bilingual Polish Data Annotator to support multilingual data quality initiatives. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who are fluent in Polish and English and have a strong eye for detail. In this role, you'll leverage your language expertise to review, evaluate, label, and annotate data that helps improve global technology products and user experiences.

6 months, possible extension
Pay:
$20/hour What You'll Do Annotate, label, classify, and evaluate multilingual data according to detailed guidelines Ensure consistency and accuracy across large datasets Apply quality standards and annotation rubrics to assigned tasks Utilize internal tools and platforms to complete data annotation workflows Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and potential data quality issues Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders Develop subject matter expertise within assigned workflows Contribute to the continuous improvement of language and data quality initiatives What We're Looking For Bilingual fluency in Polish and English (written and spoken) Native or near-native proficiency in Polish Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow detailed guidelines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to successfully complete certification assessments during onboarding Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel or spreadsheet applications High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications Previous data annotation, content moderation, data labeling, localization, translation, linguistic review, language quality assurance, or data quality experience Experience working with multilingual datasets Background in linguistics, translation, language studies, communications, content review, or related fields Remote Work Requirements Fully remote/work-from-home position Dedicated private home office or workspace required Public locations such as coffee shops, libraries, or co-working spaces cannot be used during working hours Reliable internet connection required What's in It for You?
