This contract role is 100% remote and supports HCP-facing promotional work with a strong focus on scientific accuracy and compliant reference documentation. There is no application deadline for this role.
Medical Writer Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and maintain annotations for HCP-facing promotional materials. Confirm that claims are supported by approved references and source documentation. Fact-check clinical data, statistics, and scientific claims against supporting literature. Perform detailed quality reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across deliverables. Partner with cross-functional teams to support website and campaign updates through MLR review cycles.
Medical Writer Qualifications:
Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, or MD). 3+ years of medical writing experience in a pharmaceutical agency or healthcare communications setting. Demonstrated proficiency in annotation and reference management. Experience supporting HCP-facing promotional materials. Working knowledge of MLR review processes and FDA promotional guidelines.
