Required:
Confluence Jira Sharepoint ROLE:
Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining operations documentation, user guides, training manuals, and technical publications. Maintain a current internal documentation library for an AWS cross functional team. Apply basic grammar and technical writing concepts to author clear, structured copy based on engineering drawings, technical documents, and consultations with engineers/SMEs. Prepare clear reports, responses, customer communications, briefings, and presentations targeted to a wide range of audiences. Partner directly with developers, engineers, and system owners to gather technical information and produce quality documentation, analytic tradecraft methodologies, and end-user training materials. Assisting the operational project lead with daily functions.
Qualifications:
Five (5) years experience as a TE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Two (2) years of additional TE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Compensation:
We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation. The salary range for this position is $78,000 to $250,000 per year. This range reflects the compensation offered across the locations where we hire. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's work location, specific role, skill set, and level of expertise.
