- SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Technical Writer III to support our team in Charleston, SC.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- + Draft and maintain governance-required documentation across the program's service tiers, including Functional Requirements Documents, Technical Analysis Packages, Build Checklists, Release Notes, and QA/Code Review documentation, under the direction and sign-off authority of the responsible tier lead.
- Qualifications
- + Active Secret clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- + Experience in the government contracting industry. + Experience supporting IT service delivery, software development lifecycle, or technical support documentation. + Familiarity with Agile/Jira-based ticketing environments and structured intake-to-delivery workflows. + Ability to create supporting visual aids such as process diagrams, workflow charts, and process maps.

- Work Environment
- + Working conditions are normal for an office environment. + Onsite 5 days per week, 40 hours per week, at the designated government facility. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
