We are United Auto Exchange (UAX), a one-of-a-kind dealer auto auction offering a wide range of vehicles, from national consignors and new car store trades to fleet/lease units and powersports. Our team is passionate about what we do, and we take pride in having a dynamic, friendly environment that brings a little bit of everything under one roof. We have an immediate opening for aCondition Report Writer (CR Writer). The responsibility of the CR Writer is to assess vehicles entering the auction for condition, depreciation, missing parts, mechanical issues, and damage/structural damage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect exterior and interior of vehicle entering the auction, identifying damage, missing parts, and mechanical issuesDocument vehicle condition by completing appropriate report, capturing photos, and entering data systematically in a timely mannerMaintain vital communications with Fleet Lease, Mechanic, and Detail Department - keeping each department informed of any issue(s).Relocate vehicles to proper staging zone post inspectionResolve any customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner; advise management of all complaints or incidentsOther duties as assigned Full benefits, paid time off, and 401K eligibility. This position starts at $16-17/hour, M-F work schedule.
