Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a Process Documentation Consultant to support a large-scale EOS (End-of-Support) network hardware replacement program. This short-term engagement (2-3 months) will focus on reviewing existing processes, creating job aids, and organizing documentation to improve consistency and knowledge sharing across the program. The ideal candidate has a network engineering background and strong experience with Visio, Word, and SharePoint. Key Responsibilities
  •  Review EOS deployment processes and identify documentation gaps
  •  Create job aids, process guides, and standard operating procedures
  •  Develop process flow diagrams and workflow documentation using Visio
  •  Partner with engineers and project teams to capture and document best practices
  •  Organize project documentation and maintain SharePoint repositories
  •  Standardize documentation across teams to improve execution consistency
  •  Support knowledge transfer efforts through clear and concise documentation

  •  Network engineering or telecom background
  •  Experience creating technical documentation, job aids, and process guides
  •  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word
  •  Experience managing documentation in SharePoint
  •  Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  •  Ability to translate technical processes into user-friendly documentation
  •  Experience working with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements
  •  Experience supporting network deployment or hardware refresh programs
  •  Background in telecom or large-scale infrastructure environments
  •  Process improvement or operational excellence experience
  •  Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX
