Job Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Technical Admin to provide part-time support with technical documentation, research, project coordination, and quality/ISO documentation. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with technical information, following structured processes, organizing documentation, and helping move projects forward.
Compensation:
$20-$25/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule :
Part-time, approximately 10-20 hours per week; Flexible scheduling
Location:
Houston, TX 77092 - Onsite Responsibilities Create and maintain technical documentation, including assembly guides, procedures, and other internal documents. Translate technical processes and product information into clear, organized documentation. Assist with preparation and organization of documentation for the company's upcoming ISO audit. Gather, organize, and maintain audit responses, forms, records, and supporting documentation. Conduct research, make phone calls, gather information, and assist with special projects as assigned. Help organize project information and track assignments, documentation, and follow-up items. Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Work independently to complete assigned projects and meet deadlines. Assist with a variety of technical and administrative tasks that help support ongoing company projects and development. Maintain confidentiality and handle company and technical information appropriately. Qualifications STEM related education or experience is preferred, including engineering, science, biology, chemistry, or other technical disciplines. Previous experience with technical documentation, technical writing, technical administration, or a similar role preferred. Strong written communication and documentation skills. Comfortable working with technical information and terminology. Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills. Ability to understand processes and document them in a logical, easy-to-follow format. Familiarity with ISO documentation/quality systems is a plus. Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and systems. Able to work independently, prioritize assignments, and follow projects through to completion. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
